If you have noticed that your software has not been saving recent backups, most likely your Qest/Asyra folder has another Qest/Asyra program downloaded inside. This mixes up the location of the saved Back ups.
Close your system to create a back up
Then search for that file using the date as part of the file name (date is saved as YYMMDD).
Once you locate the file note where all the backups are storing.
If this does not resolve the problem, you will need to submit a ticket.
