Software Not Backing-up The Data

If you have noticed that your software has not been saving recent backups, most likely your Qest/Asyra folder has another Qest/Asyra program downloaded inside. This mixes up the location of the saved Back ups. 
To resolve:
  • Close your system to create a back up
  • Then search for that file using the date as part of the file name (date is saved as YYMMDD).
  • Once you locate the file note where all the backups are storing.

If this does not resolve the problem, you will need to submit a ticket.
